My Mom, who lives in New Orleans, sent us this king cake all the way to Los Angeles for my son's birthday. We received it on Friday and did not open or eat it until Monday afternoon. It was absolutely delicious, fresh, and not one bit dry. We have decided this is our new yearly tradition for his birthday. Thank you!!

We order two traditional king cakes every year for our company Mardi Gras celebration. They arrive on the day we pick and are always super moist and yummy! Will continue to order and enjoy them!

We received our King Cake as a gift and LOVED it! We live in Missouri and it was shipped to us, enjoyed every bite.

The cake was delivered in perfect shape...and it is delicious. Believe it or not, the first slice we served had the Baby Jesus!! This is a wonderful tradition and a fabulous cake.

We've ordered king cakes in the past from various bakeries, and this year it was KingKingCakes. So glad we discovered this bakery! We were hosting a Cajun-style lunch for friends who had never tried a king cake. I decided to stick with the Traditional, and the cake was one of the best we've ever had. The level of sweetness was balanced, and the freshness was so impressive. With this bakery, it's all about the cake.

This box of joy arrived just at the time he said it would. The cake was fresh and the colors were fun. The taste brought back memories to those who grew up in New Orleans. Those who have not been to Mardi Gras enjoyed learning of the traditions and enjoying this delicious dessert.

I ordered my cake yesterday around lunchtime and received it this evening around 5 o'clock. I was very impressed with the next day shipping. I did not realize I was going to need to put the icing and toppings on the cake, but that was a fun process to do. The cake taste amazing! I was excited to be the one in the group to find the baby as well. I will definitely order another cake from KingKingCakes again

Tastes so good and fresh so I definitely would recommend them!!
My only disappointment was that I got it as a fun gift for Wyoming family who had never had king cake before and unfortunately there was no baby inside for them to find. I guess it was forgotten. 😢

They provided the King Cake on the date that they promised and as usual it was wonderful. This was my second year ordering cakes. This year we order two, the traditional and the cream cheese and both were great. They can count on us as customers when the next Maddi Grau comes around.

This is the best king cake I have ever had, it's still good 4 days after receiving, amazing! I was afraid it would dry out, but it has not & has the best flavor ever! Awesome!! My husband took one to his office & it was a big hit.

The cake was delivered on time, however it was destroyed and completely inedible. I am extremely disappointed.

We are soooo happy we found King for their king cakes!!! We were throwing a Mardi Gras party and needed a good traditional cake, problem is we live in Ohio and we needed it in 4 days! King cakes came to the rescue. Not only was the cake so delicious and moist (as opposed to local grocery store junk), it was easy to serve, got here within 4 days (to Ohio!) and most importantly our guests LOVED IT! We have family from New Orleans so we kind of know when we taste a good cake and this one definitely was A++. We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. Highly recommended!!! The King Cake I ordered was great. I received rave reviews. It was delivered on time the date I requested. There were easy instructions to follow to finish decorating. I will be ordering every year from King King Cakes!

Ordered my first King Cake from this bakery and had it shipped to Oklahoma. Oh my gosh! This cake arrived so fresh and delicious. It reminded me of my childhood in Louisiana. I appreciate how the icing is packed separately so that the cake stays fresh and intact. Soooo good! We will make this a tradition and order one every year!

Ordered one traditional and one cream cheese filled cake for the first time since I could not get through to both Haydel or Sucree. Both were shipped and arrived in the most timely fashion and were delicious. You are my go to bakery from now on!

Served this at luncheon and it was a hit. There was no baby, and the orange sprinkles emptied during shipping. Nevertheless, the cake was delicious!!

I just had to write and let you know how GREAT the King Cake that I ordered from you was. On the spur of the moment, I ordered a traditional cake (1 week before Fat Tuesday) to share with co-workers at a staff meeting. Many of them had never had a king cake or know what one was as we’re in the mountains of North Carolina. I was a little concerned about the cake getting here in time when I got several messages about it possibly not getting here by 2/12 which is when I needed it. I needn’t have worried. It was at my home Monday afternoon when I got home from work. When I opened the box to look at it, I smelled the wonderful cinnamon! It was easy to get the glaze and the colored sugar on the cake before serving it as well.

After explaining to everyone what a king cake was and the first few people trying it, just about everyone had a piece and declared it delicious! It certainly was. I worried that the cake might be dry, but it was not. My co-workers are all ready to have me order another one next year. I’m not completely sure that I can wait that long. YUMMY!

This is the 3rd time ordering from King King Cakes all the way out here in Los Angeles and the have been consistently excellent, arriving right on time and having survived shipping in one piece.

We were slightly disappointed last year, when we realized there was no baby in the cake. (?!?) But, we were pleasantly surprised by our little bronze baby this year. The beads and coins are a fun touch. Will definitely be ordering again.

Disappointed this year. We have ordered for several years but this time wasn't as good. The icing and spinkles come with the cake, not on it. That's somewhat of a hassle. Also, in the past, the baby has been with the cake, not already in the cake. Usually we have to put the baby in, so one person knows it location. This year, no one go the baby because we apparently didn't cut the right part of the cake.

The cake itself was OK, but seemed drier than in years past.

I ordered this for a family Fat Tuesday party. We were all very impressed with this king cake. Definitely one of the best I’ve ever eaten. We had the cake shipped and it was early arriving and very easy to apply icing and sprinkles. We will certainly plan to order again!

The traditional King Cakes (3) arrived on the date we requested, Feb. 2. We placed them in the freezer and took them out this morning to thaw and decorate for our work Mardi Gras lunch (in the San Francisco area). They were so well received and were delicious! My only hint would be to label the outside of the shipping box as perishable. Our mail room almost missed getting these to me by the end of the day.

The ordering process was very easy and convenient. I live in Kennesaw GA and requested delivery for 2/13/18. To my amazement the cake arrived 1 day early. The cake was awesome, very moist and delicious. Everyone at work just loved it. I will definitely be ordering again.

The cake came on time and was delicious! The only complaint I have is that there was hardly any cream cheese filling in it. It actually became a huge discussion at work as to whether there was really any filling in there or not. Other than that, it was great!

Excellent King Cake!! The Praline King Cake is one of the very best!!! I live in Wisconsin, and it was delivered on time and was fresh!!

Suggestion:
3 necklaces - one of each Mardi Gras color -
would be better than 2 - especially since they're so inexpensive, I was surprised there were only 2. For presentation, I decorated the center of the cake with the beads, and it needed that 3rd color.

I have ordered King Cakes from other reputable companies, but yours was the best tasting cake! However, your shipping / handling charges were higher. If that could somehow be adjusted, it would be appreciated.

These King Cakes are FANTASTIC! I lived in New Orleans for several years and missed the tradition of giving King Cake parties (and eating them). These cakes are not only authentic, but the company was a breeze to work with. I highly recommend them!

My cajun boss in Charlotte NC received one of these traditional cream cheese cakes a few years ago at the office and we all enjoyed the cake. It was phenomenal. Can't wait to get this... The absolute best.

The office truly enjoyed the Praline King Cake today, The cake did look a little odd shaped when it arrived. By the time I iced and decorated it, it was just fine. One or two people said something about it being sweet. But that did not stop them from devouring the entire thing by lunchtime. I was worried that the baby was not there since last year that was left for me to insert. However, it was and everything came off without a hitch! I can get a king cake locally, but prefer getting an authentic creation from you!

My daughter is the child of a Louisiana man living in Virginia. Every year we bring a king cake into class to discuss the history and significance of Mardi Gras to her culture, and they just love it 🙂
The cake is DELICIOUS and they ship to Virginia with no issues at all.

Last year I got the traditional and loved it. This year I got the traditional and cream cheese, and well, I'm hooked. The cream cheese filling is heavenly when combined with the soft, moist king cake. Also, their icing is smooth and tasty. Definitely a must buy for years to come!

My husband is from Louisiana and I am from West Virginia. I had never tried King Cake so my mother-in-law sent us one from this company. My husband says its exactly what he has always remembered, and IT WAS DELICIOUS!

Got one of these last year and thought it was extremely good. In fact I couldn't quite decide whether it was indeed a manny randazzo's king cake or not. Either way, it was absolutely delicious and cheaper than ordering one through randazzo's.
